Bison Chili Tray — $65
Sustainably sourced grass-fed bison with Peruvian chili peppers, cherry peppers, carrots & black beans. Finished with scallions, crème fraîche, and aged cheddar.
Served with sour cream and chips or toasted points.

Truffle Caesar Salad — $35
Romaine, cornbread croutons, Parmesan, tossed in our Häus Truffle Caesar dressing.
